Du samedi 11 juillet au lundi 31 août de 15h à 19h et du mardi 1er au mercredi 30 septembre de 14h à 18h > Exposition peintures de Julien Laporte.

Diplômé des Beaux-Arts de Paris, Julien installe son atelier à Perpignan où il cultive une œuvre instinctive et lumineuse, comme un éloge au Sud tout entier et sans frontière.
À la manière d'un fauve contemporain, l'artiste capture les paysages et scènes de vie. Un coup de crayon rapide, généreux pour saisir l'insaisissable et une palette nourrie de couleurs .
Comme une invitation au voyage, flâneur, contemplatif, parfois méditatif, l'artiste nous fait partager son imaginaire.
2021, son travail au pastel à l'huile plein de vitalité inspire au chanteur Joseph Chédid la couverture de son morceau « Guérir ».
