Les chevaux du Halage
À l’été 2026, Béziers célèbre les 30 ans du Canal du Midi à l’UNESCO, avec une installation artistique spectaculaire
Trois chevaux géants, équipés de jets d’eau, prennent place sur le canal, entre le centre-ville et les écluses de Fonseranes.
Pour célébrer les 30 ans de l’inscription du Canal du Midi à l’UNESCO, la Ville de Béziers sort le grand jeu avec une installation artistique spectaculaire pour l’été 2026.
Le quai Port Notre-Dame va prendre vie avec trois chevaux majestueux équipés de jets d’eau, installés sur le canal entre le centre-ville et les neuf écluses de Fonseranes. Cette création rend hommage à l’histoire du halage, tout en proposant une expérience visuelle et immersive unique.
Entre patrimoine et création contemporaine, cette installation invite habitants et visiteurs à redécouvrir la beauté du Canal du Midi, au cœur de Béziers. Une parenthèse poétique et familiale à vivre tout au long de l’été.
